Telephone wires can easily be damaged, but these are designed to drop-off before any damage is done. The insulators are approximately 2mm dia. x 3mm long neodymium magnets with some black button thread tied and super glued around it. The plated steel brackets have a hole in the back for a pin, to secure it to a wall or fascia board. The button thread (wires) are wiped with diluted PVA and eased into a natural sagging curve.
